• - The IFBLS Registration fee includes access the scientific sessions, Exhibition, Welcome Reception, and Beer Party.
• - The accompanying person's registration fee includes access to the exhibition, Welcome Reception, and Beer Party.
• - All dates are based on Japanese standard time (GMT +9).

1. Please create an account and provide your personal information. After completing the registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
2. Please select your membership classification and complete the payment using your credit card.
3. Your registration will be completed once you receive the payment confirmation email.
   *If you need to make any changes to your registration details, please log in using your existing account and follow the instructions to update them.

Group discounts are available for groups that register 15 or more participants at the same time. Discounts cannot be issued retroactively.

Discount Guidelines

1. Discounts are available for groups that register 15 or more participants at the same time. Only registered participants count toward the minimum number required for the group discount; guests or accompanying persons are not included. The discount applies only to the Member and Non-Member registration fees and does not apply to Gala Dinner, Accompanying Person, Lab. Visiting / Sight Tour registration fees. To qualify for a discount on the member registration fee, all group members must belong to the same IFBLS association member country.
2. If you wish to register as a group, please contact JAMT Office (jamt-office@jamt.or.jp) by email. We will then send you the group registration form (Excel file).
3. Group registrations must be paid by bank transfer. Individual payments will not be accepted. The secretariat will inform the primary contact person of the payment procedure.

We accept credit card payments only. After entering your registration details, please make your payment promptly.

  Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover
• * Group registrations must be paid by bank transfer.

If you wish to cancel your participation due to social circumstances or other reasons, please log in to your created account and complete the cancellation procedure.
There is no cancellation fee until June 30. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made between July 1 and August 31.
No cancellation fees apply to the Gala Dinner or the Lab Tour.
From September 1, there will be no refunds for cancellations of any applications.
Please note that JAMT is not responsible for any differences in exchange rates at the time of credit card withdrawal, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess a valid passport. Delegates, except those whose countries have visa exemption agreements with Japan, should apply to a Japanese diplomatic mission in their countries for visas prior to departure.

All personal data obtained through the registration process will be managed by the Japanese Association of Medical Technologists (JAMT, 4-10-7 Omorikita, Ota-ku, Tokyo 143-0016, Japan). Such data will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and operating IFBLS 2026 and its related activities, including participant registration management, communication, payment processing, and the provision of conference-related information.
By registering an email address during the conference registration process, participants are deemed to have consented to receive information regarding IFBLS 2026 and related events from JAMT via email.
JAMT may provide personal data to contracted service providers, such as venue management companies, registration management companies, and catering service providers, to the extent necessary for the operation of the conference. These service providers will use personal data solely within the scope of the purposes related to the operation of this conference. JAMT will not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties except as required by applicable laws and regulations.

All personal data collected will be properly managed by the Japanese Association of Medical Technologists (JAMT), the organizer of IFBLS 2026, and JTB Corporation, the registration management company. Such data will be deleted after the conclusion of the conference and following a retention period deemed necessary for operational purposes.

Your personal data will be processed based on your consent and to the extent necessary for the performance of the registration process for IFBLS 2026 and the provision of related services.

By attending the Congress, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• (a) Official camera staff will take photos and videos throughout the event. These materials may be posted on the official IFBLS 2026 website or used in printed publications.
• (b) Due to the widespread use of mobile recording devices, IFBLS 2026 disclaims all liability for any images or recordings captured by attendees in any multimedia format during the Congress.
